Thanks to all of you who came - we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Over $620 was raised.  ALL the money is going to Magen David Adom (M.D.A) as ZOOZ did not take out any of our costs. Thank you to all of you who donated so generously.  Taube  Mrocki, representing MDA, gave a short speech to explain that the money raised would be going towards building and maintaining FIRST AID STATIONS throughout all of Israel, particularly a new station in the North. Taube honoured ZOOZ with a beautiful, framed Certificate.

Oded Gorden (L'shir Yachad) sang 5 popular songs which we all danced along to. He was masterfully accompanied by David Pinczower (Kleyzmer Trio) on his accordian and tarbuka. This segment greatly contributed to the wonderful atmosphere of the evening. We think that this is the first time something like this has ever been done in Melbourne. It was great fun!

Doris Brett, (Tuesday morning and Thursday evening class member) made a very charming speech, and gave out gifts to all our Staff, and of course, let's not forget her presentation of the silver pendant and the Royal Crown!!

 We had many, many apologies for the party for various reasons - it's that time of the year!! - but we still managed to have a huge crowd!!  Even our spectators did not want to leave - they were enjoying the vibrancy of the music and the dancing so much.

Our next party will be on Australia Day (evening). We can promise you that it will be just as good, if not better! More details at a later date.

The last classes for this year will be on Tuesday 20th December, morning and evening, and our last class for this year will be on Thursday 22nd December.
